I have been working for 27 years in Centar za odgoj i obrazovanje Tomislav Špoljar. For many years I have been working with students with multiple influential difficulties. Since September 2016 I have been working with students with mild intellectual disabilities. I teach general classes and informatics with students in 5th and 6th grade. In my classes I like to use IKT and prepare a wide range of digital contents. Every year me and my students take part in different projects. I am a member of eTwinning community for 9 years. I have taken part in two seminars in Poland and in Hungary. I have completed basic Halliwick course and I am a volunteer in a group at our local pool for kids with disabilities.

Hello, I'm Ines and I am a teacher in a group of 6 girls and boys 14-16 years old, where they learn every day skills. I've been working in this group for 4 years. I've got a lot of experience in developing and implementing European projects, mostly European Social Fund. Beside schoolwork, I support several civil society organisations for people with disabilities with applications and implementations of European projects. I love music, my bicycle, mountains and DIY recycling.

Hello everyone! I spent my first ten years working in a group with students with moderate intellectual disabilities, and the other twenty as a school principal. In my work, I always try to share the results of our students with our community so that everyone gets a clearer picture of the great opportunities that people with disabilities have. Apart from school, I have the same goal in NGOs where I volunteer. I think that image is still blurry for many. Projects with other schools in Croatia or abroad are an opportunity for new experiences, new knowledge and new friendships. I love to work with people who are smiling.

I have been working at the Tomislav Špoljar Center for education for 15 years. From the beginning I have been working with people with moderate intellectual disabilities. I am the head of the department of labor occupation which has 20 people over the age of 21. These are people who have completed the elementary school program for mild or moderate intellectual disabilities in our Center. Because they cannot be employed in workshops, of which there are few, a program of labor occupation was organized in the Center for their needs. In my free time I volunteer at the Association for helping people with intellectual disabilities. I have also participated in many projects at the national and local levels, for example, I was on a study trip to Albania with the director of the Center, where we exchanged information, experiences and examples of good practice.
